Usage Suggestions:
First refrigerate your facial roller for 10-15mins so it is nice and cool.
 
Then after cleansing, gently roll away the tension from your forehead, brow line and jaw. Include any other areas of tension and fine lines.
 
Next, apply your moisturiser and let it absorb into your skin for a few minutes while you take 6 deep breaths with your eyes closed.
 
Finally apply 2-3 drops of the treatment oil to your palms and massage over your face and ears with loving intention and appreciation for your face.
 
Now lie down for another 6-10 breaths and enjoy the smells and relaxation of your whole being.
